Why are cancelled or returned coins still showing in My Collection?

Coins are added to My Collection as soon as we receive your order. If you cancel or return a coin, it isn’t automatically removed. To take it out of My Collection, click the three dots next to the coin and select ‘Remove from My Collection’.
