What if my balance is less than the admin fee?

The £25 administration fee applies to the work involved in arranging the return of dormant funds, regardless of the balance in your wallet.

If your balance is less than £25, we will apply the full balance towards the administration fee. This means there will be no remaining funds to return to you, and you will not be asked to pay anything towards the outstanding amount.
