How much will I be charged if my funds are sent back?

A £25 administration fee applies if we need to arrange the return of dormant funds after attempting to contact you. This covers the administration involved in contacting you, processing the return and arranging the transfer of your funds.

The £25 fee will be deducted from your wallet balance before any remaining funds are returned. If your balance is £25 or less, the full balance will be applied towards the administration fee and there will be no remaining funds to return.

You can avoid this fee by requesting a withdrawal to your linked bank account before we need to arrange the return of your funds.
